If a provider were to fail students would receive a refund of the value of the undelivered tuition of their course allowing them to complete their course at another training provider.
If the client has any concerns or issues, the client should discuss them with the staff or management of your PTE.
If the client feels that the problem has not been dealt with to your satisfaction, the client may then make an official complaint to NZQA. This must be made in writing and stated as specifically as possible
