Quality English is committed to promoting high-quality English language schools and their courses to international students. The schools which constitute Quality English are independent and of the highest quality.
If a client is dissatisfied they are requested to follow the QE complaints procedure. This includes speaking to the Principal/Director. The students are prostected by the school's obligations under the relevant accreditation scheme.
If the student think that this QE school has not taken action to deal with a legitimate complaint or is not treating it urgently enough, then they are requested to contact the Chief Executive Office of Quality English immediately. The QE executive will speak to the client and contact the school. QE will investigate any unresolved complaint about a QE school quickly and fully.
