Positive aspects of school
The attention was good and they were very friendly and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The teacher Ryan was great, pity we only had him for a week for the first two hours.
Negative aspects
There was a teacher who all he did was make us talk to each other without correcting our mistakes. That's not a class and it's not teaching, I do that in the bar with my colleagues without having to pay anyone. I don't want to say his name so as not to harm him, but he knows who he is, because I told him personally.

In general it is a good school (with some exceptions).
City/place
It is a very interesting city because of its history and its geographical location. It is also a city that gets better and better as time goes by and you get to know it. At first, the streets in the centre can be a bit unsafe because of the homeless and drug addicts, but as long as you are careful and don't get into trouble, you don't have to. However, there is a serious problem at weekends with alcohol abuse. Although, as I say, it's not the most beautiful city in the world at first, the people are very friendly, the bars are great and it gradually wins you over. I liked it.
Quality of teaching / language progress
There should be more groups differentiating levels. In level C1 there were people with a very low C1 and people with a C2. This makes it difficult for teachers and students.
Accommodation
The rating of the accommodation depends on the room you get. On arrival I was given a room on the ground floor (they said it was the first) which was damp, cold, dark, dreadful. I complained and finally I was able to move to an outside room on the 7th floor. Nothing to see, great and good views. They should not have the same price.

I really liked the school.
All the staff are very polite, I felt at home.
My suggestion is for teachers to provide feedback on student difficulties. Most students do not work in Northern Ireland, I think that establishing a student development plan during this period of the course would be interesting, I mean for example, where the student wants to go and what exactly he needs and work with development tests , to find out if at the end of the course he achieved this goal.

I had never taken an IELTS preparation course. For me Thomas is an excellent teacher, very objective and very technical in his observations. So far I haven't taken the IELTS test, but soon I will do it and return with the score result.

The varied activities they offer and the patience that the teachers have with the students and above all they did not put pressure on me and I was able to progress at my own pace.

The activities of the establishment

Personally the climate was a bit harsh for me because I come from a warm country, but on the whole it is good. It is a very clean country that respects nature, which I find good. I didn't want to go out too much at night. But people are pleasant and remain positive.
Accommodation
The family received me well and I was very well taken care of. Even during my moments of panic and it is a very important element. And the fact that it is a bit far from the school allows us to start to visit and observe the life of the country.

Positive aspects of school
The teachers made the lessons very interesting. A lot of group exercises, which help you to socialise with the others. The school is simple and organised. My English improved for sure.

Don't miss the social activities proposed by the school. They help you to socialise with the other students and you can visit a lot of wonderful places.

The staff are available at every request. The teachers are good. The school is near the city centre. Some classrooms are a little small.

I liked the method as well as an excellent preparation of our tuition and all the conversations we were encouraged to participate in. There were very pleasant students too.

It is worthwhile visiting all other cities in Northern Ireland because their inhabitants are very friendly and welcoming and the scenery is beautiful.

Most of the students were from Spain and Italy. During free time they only spoke in their own language. It would be better if the students would be from different locations.
