Additional information
Positive aspects of school
found the lessons super entertaining and also liked the method of explaining a word in English and thus improving my vocabulary very well.
Negative aspects
The allocation to the right class was a bit hectic and confusing.
Other comments
More water dispensers, possibly book sales = you can sell a used book with an indication of the chapters worked on and another classmate who joins at a different time can continue to use this book.
Accommodation
I would have liked to have some kind of voluntary food drop-off. If you're not there for long, it's often not worth buying a whole pack of food. So a place where you can get food for free or for a small "pocket money" price (but kept really small), the money then goes to the people who make sure to check the expiry date once a week. You can only give the food away there and not sell it. However, I think young students in particular, who perhaps also work part-time, would be happy to receive a packet of pasta at a low price if another student has given it away. It's a lot of trust involved, but I think it would help with some things. Just like the kitchen equipment, I would have liked the scales and towels to be available so that you don't have to take care of them yourself. Otherwise the house itself was really good :)

Additional information
Positive aspects of school
The teachers were great and so were the lessons. The other staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Negative aspects
It was very cold and draughty in the classrooms.
Quality of teaching / language progress
everything great
Accommodation
The rooms were unfortunately not really clean on arrival. Dusty shelves etc., there was still a sock from the previous guest on the shelf and there was foreign hair everywhere (especially in the bed, but also on the floor, in the shower etc.). Very distasteful. The insulation was relatively good, so you hardly heard anything in the room from the noise in the kitchen (where the other students often drank together late at night etc.). Only conversations in the corridor outside the rooms were clearly audible. However, these were within reasonable limits.

Additional information
Positive aspects of school
I really liked the course times. Tues. - Thurs. longer, but shorter on Mon. and Fri.
Negative aspects
The class size was sometimes too big, so that the teachers could only selectively attend to the participants (listen / correct). If the participants are supposed to communicate with each other, this is not wrong per se, but if no one in the know is listening, it is only useful to a limited extent.
City/place
I would go to Dublin again.

Additional information
Positive aspects of school
The courses were super dynamic and with rich content.
Negative aspects
They were too many people from the same country, leading to discussions in their language and not in English. Even after some reproaches from teachers and other students, it didn't change anything.
City/place
It was a very beautiful destination for a long weekend. Moreover, enjoy the food!

Additional information
Positive aspects of school
It was a great experience with very motivated teachers, which were able to encourage you. Grammar, Conversation practice and everything else was well explained and there was always time for questions. I would book it again.
Negative aspects
Just little things :-) maybe the technical equipment and the furniture could be better. But for me, for two weeks it was fine. So I can recommend the whole school and probably I´ll book it again before I´m going to have my certificate.
Insider tips about what future students should not miss
The Trinity College, The little Irish Museum, Howth and the coast anyway because the beaches in Ireland are really gorgeous. Regarding to the school, there are social programmes available, take part and get in contact to other students if you like.
City/place
Just a lovely city which I highly recommend. Many different things to do, so for everyone should be something interesting available. Lots of public transports and nice people anyway. The city is big but not too big so you can see a lot by walking around. Nice pubs, friendly and open minded people and for me a city we should have seen once in life.
Quality of teaching / language progress
It was busy but good!! I would book same again to get the most out of it in a short time.

This school isn't suitable for the TEACHER TRAINING COURSE. I spent two weeks here and my negative opinion is above all about the second week. First of all, one of the two teachers didn't do any needs analysis to know about the expectations and experience of the teachers. It took too much time to do the activities the teacher proposed and some activities were only a repetition of what we had done the week before (such as the activity of finding a proper question to the answer he gave). Furthermore, the instructions weren't clear. The teacher kept on talking without giving us a task. We shared our disappointment with him but nothing changed the following days. That teacher's classes are not proper for teachers. They deal with a general English course, although I booked a TEACHER TRAINING COURSE. On the first day we (as a class) informed the teacher that that kind of teaching is not what we need because the books we use with students are full of exercises about idioms for example. The course I booked was about methodology and language development but I didn't have any language development in terms of corrections, e.g. The interaction with the other teachers was missing (I mean discussion and sharing of different ideas how to teach differently was completely missing though it was what I expected.). I booked my teacher training course on my own and I didn't get any funding. I would have appreciated a refund. I asked for it but it was rejected. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SCHOOL FOR TEACHER TRAINING.

Insider tips about what future students should not miss
I apply to those who intend to register for the IELTS Preparation afternoon course. I joined for two and a half months but from my point of view a month of preparation is enough and progresses, because after a while it began to be repetitive, and the last few weeks were getting really heavy and I was thinking of having thrown away money unnecessarily . Personally, therefore, I was a bit disappointed by the afternoon course, also because during the exam I also found things that I did not know, so the preparation course was not even completely useful, but in any case without the preparation course I would not have been absolutely able to take the exam. In conclusion: I recommend it undoubtedly, but not for too long. A month is enough, after it begins to be a huge waste of money and a waste of time.

I liked the teachers and their skills in teaching, but I can't say I'm fully satisfied about my experience because in this period they've gone to holidays and I changed teachers a lot of times. In my opinion, in this way I couldn't improve very well my English. The teachers are very friendly and patients with the students but I disagree about this organization of the school.

The family was quite good but when I got sick and I told them I had to go to the hospital they made me go there by bus. It was very rude since I really felt unwell and I had a temperature of 38 degrees. In addition, the food they provided me with was just sufficient for covering my daily need. Moreover, there was no flexibility as far as dinner was concerned. I was not allowed to have dinner after 7 o clock (as a consequence I had to buy my dinner in the city) and when I was invited to a picnic I was not allowed to bring any sandwiches from home. I was told to buy something in the city centre, even if those sandwiches were meant to replace the dinner ( which I had paid for) and were not an extra cost for them. Sometimes i really felt like they did not want us students to interfere with their daily life. In fact, they did not want me to read in the living room and I was told to do my homeworks in my room (very tiny and with a very small trembling table). The reason was because they did not want students demanding their attention all time. I can understand that sometimes they wanted to be alone, but common spaces in the house are meant to be used by everyone living there and if they did not want students going around in their house they should not have asked for them.
