All in all, the school's employees are very professional, both the administrative and the teaching staff. The school is very centrally located, with a bus stop right outside the front door. The rooms are air-conditioned and very friendly. If Florence, then only this school again, thank you !!!

Always put yourself out there to make friends with your classmates, and never be shy to ask your teacher a question if you are having any difficulties. Everyone is a beginner with you, so your question might not only help yourself, but also those in your class.

Insider tips about what future students should not miss
The school apartment, which is said to be in the center, is located not in the center. You have to walk to school for half an hour, or take a bus, which takes around 20 minutes! At the same time the price for the room there is rather high. The common areas in the apartment were very dirty upon our arrival. We had to clean the bathroom and the kitchen as soon as we'd arrived. There were no teapot, no good cups. Pay attention to your level.
Other comments
Our level was not taken into account, at first they sent me to a level higher than necessary (level C while I have B.1) then a level lower than mine - level A 2. At A2 level they do not correct errors in conversation! They give many assignments based on talking with another student (who also can not correct the mistakes). In another language school (Rome, Dante Alighieri) there was no such thing, either the teacher follows the conversation of two students or speaks himself.

Other comments
If I could put a score of 110 out of 100, I'll do it. I did not imagine that being over 60, I would be so good in school. Small flat, housing. Room too cold (15 degrees) and very noisy (no sound insulation) in which it is therefore difficult to work. Half board very average. In contrast, the hostess very attentive and very communicative. Thank you.

Insider tips about what future students should not miss
The social activities are quite limited especially at the end of summer as they did not have enough participants to make activities happen.
Other comments
The accommodation arrangement can be improved. I booked late so they could not find me any homestay but even after the first week, nobody told me if any family became available. My 2 other classmates did not have good experience in their shared apartments referred by the school.

Insider tips about what future students should not miss
I requested (and paid for) an apartment in the city centre. The one I got was 35 minutes away from the school. I advised other students to ensure with the school, one month before going to study, that their apartment's location meet their request.
I also bought two individual classes. The school put them the same day, after 6 hours of group classes. This was too much for one day.
