take advantage and try to attend as many social events as possible. and daily classes are more effective

pizza places are full of tourists or typical, even if locals go there. might be interesting to take students to experience the aperitivo (there are many nice places for this), now that the weather is nice there is bar bianco at parco sempione, and other venues with gardens

Dont miss any classes, it makes a big difference.
Other comments
One of our teachers was excellent and never moved on until all of her class was on board with what she was trying to teach. The other had less patience I felt and moved on regardless. I did not absorb as much on the days I had her.
