The school does a test in the beginning wich was quite accurate (in my case) anyway they give you a chance to say what's your main goal (eg. speaking, reading)

Insider tips about what future students should not miss
Regarding school, I think it is good to know that the Kudan Institute of Japanese Language & Culture Co., Tokyo adopts the "Minna no Nihongo" (both I and the second volume) as a textbook. If I had known, I would request at the time of the option not to buy from the school, as it already possessed. For the rest, it is important to know that in Japan it is difficult to withdraw cash with Visa or, as many ATM only accept credit cards in Japan. However, it is easy to remove the ATM outlets "7ileven (sevenileven), widespread throughout the city (near virtually every subway stop or train). This information was very useful to me.
Other comments
I was overall very good and I had no problems during my stay (at least nothing that has not been able to settle quickly with the help of school staff).

Positive aspects of school
I had one outstanding teacher with whom I had class three days a week.
In general,I improved my grammar substantially, my vocabulary and kanji knowledge remained the same. My speaking skills only improved from my experiences outside the school.
Other comments
Japan is a great country which can teach us so much. They are very creative in many branches of knowledge and arts and there is a strong cultural gap between Japan and Western cultures.
