A trip you shouldn't miss is the village of Luss, next to Loch Lomond. In one day it's possible to visit it and it's the most beautiful village I've seen.

Quality of the teaching. The teacher was excellent. The classes were always very well planned and organised. After each exercise, it was made clear what was trained and what the point was. Each week, there was a test. So, you could see quickly the progress you had made. Most of the exercises were carried out in groups, so we used the language all the time. The exercises were not unilateral, just the opposite, they were always varying. You never knew what would come next, it was never boring.

The English course was very light. No homework. We spoke a lot in class but the teachers did not really corrected us much. Very few written exercises about grammar and vocabulary. Nice teachers, but I did not really improve my language skills.

On the site it's stated that the homestay is very near to the school but it isn't so... talking with other students I discovered that even if I was 1 hour distance from the school I wasn't the most distant one.
Other comments
The house was very dirty, cold, a mess at all hours and the lady who runs it was a beastly rude! When I informed the school of the problem they told me that I could have change it only paying £ 150 difference.

It was a very nice time in Glasgow. The most important reason was my lovely host family. I knew them because of my brother's friend who is living at that family. It was nice to have the lessons in the morning, so I had the oppurtunity to go into town in the afternoon.
