The Director and his staff are very welcoming, smiling and very helpful.

Do not hesitate to go to the staff for anything, they do everything to make your trip go well. The social program for those who wish to participate, starts at about 4pm after the afternoon lessons (for those who chose Intensive).
Other comments
I was able to change my afternoon lessons for private lessons. They were great because they deducted the cost of afternoon lessons I did not take.

The two teachers Shahida and in particular Farrokh were really committed, nice and very professional! In the short time, they managed to adapt well to our needs and gave us a lot of learning material in a pleasant atmosphere

We have organized and designed accommodation and leisure activities on our own, therefore no statements.

The accommodation of the OPAL 4 are quite clean and tidy but lack of accessories for former cook eat. It's NOT supplied toilet paper, soap and towels.
Other comments
The teacher should not change during the course or at least have the same for a week. Johnny was a great teacher.

Accommodation is quite expensive. If you plan to stay long enough, maybe best to book a few weeks and then, there, look for companions to rent an apartment.

The first day at the school can be chaotic. I recommend getting a bit earlier.

The situation. The school is very close to the centre of London. I also liked the teaching of certain teachers.

Teachers were always patient to explain again things that were not understood. very punctual teachers, very well organized and clean school buildings

for the Italians: it's better for you to know that 50% of the students come from Italy..If you want to be sure to really talk always in English after the end of the lessons, it's better you consider to evaluate another town

Something that might be useful: teaching materials a little bit messy (too many loose papers delivered: perhaps can be more efficient to prepare earlier during the week some stapled sheets with exercises to do, instead of releasing loose-papers day by day
