The rooms in the student residence are clean, but the kitchen, especially the stove, is dirty. I only used the microwave. There is no breakfast included in the residence accomodation fee.

Other comments
The neighbourhood is far from the city centre. There is no tube and the bus is 45 minutes to 1 hour. Transportation is very expensive, I recommend the Oyster Card. I don't recommend the residence because it is very dirty, especially the kitchen, which is also lacking a lot of utensils. You cannot wash your clothes. The only good thing was the breakfast, which was good and varied.
