Other comments
The neighbourhood is far from the city centre. There is no tube and the bus is 45 minutes to 1 hour. Transportation is very expensive, I recommend the Oyster Card. I don't recommend the residence because it is very dirty, especially the kitchen, which is also lacking a lot of utensils. You cannot wash your clothes. The only good thing was the breakfast, which was good and varied.

London is an exciting place to visit. Do not miss the opportunity to practice and improve your English in such a place. Also, the people are wonderful and you make friends from everywhere. I totally recommend this school. Just a warning, get ready for the hills of the village Hehe. By the way, it is very well connected to the city by public transport. The bus with the oyster card is the best way to get there due to the improvements that are currently being done in the subway. You arrive in about half an hour. I did that on a daily basis.

The thing I liked the most about the professors is that they were always professional and up to the task. What I liked the least is the difficulty in changing the class when you did not like the professor. Also the high prices of the cafeteria, which takes advantage of the distance from the other take aways and the little time available for students.

Insider tips about what future students should not miss
To obtain information on the Internet how to get from the airport to the school or to the host family. From Gatwick it is relatively easy. It is not worth to spend much money for a taxi or a shuttle service! Better save that money for the great things London has to offer ;-)
Other comments
If you want to improve your English quickly, I would recommend to stay with a host family. You do not learn a language in three or four weeks but you can at least learn a lot in a short time. The leisure activities the school offers are way too expensive. I would rather recommend to organise trips to for example Oxford, Brighton and something like that. I can also recommend the magazine "Time Out" as its website in order to use the time in London! There are a lot of great "free" concerts, events and much more ...

In my opinion it s better to change the class every 2-3 weeks becouse you risk to get bored with the same classmate and in particular the teacher. Change more teacher could be very interesting, so you can have different way to explain for example grammar, speaking and improuve better the comprehension.

As the school is so far away from the city center, it would be very helpful for future pupils to get information about how to arrive from different airports to it by public transport.

The consultant was really supportive and extremely kind. My special thanks to Inge. Referring to the website: the page in which you fill in the course details and insurance needs should be not only printable but able to be downloaded, perhaps in adobe format.
