The language school Berlitz was founded in Toronto, Canada in 1960. Berlitz Toronto is located in Yorkville, a fashionable downtown neighbourhood characterized by Victorian-style homes transformed into cafes, restaurants, art galleries and fashion boutiques. Yorkville is an attraction in itself, lively and full of fashionable people, including Hollywood stars that crowd the streets in September during the Toronto Film Festival.
