General Information on Cork Language Centre

The language school Cork Language Centre was founded in Cork, Ireland in 1975. The school is located in two adjacent buildings which have been renovated, whilst keeping their elegant 18th Century character. It is situated in the centre of Cork city, close to various restaurants and shopping centres. The school is located in Wellington House, Wellington Road, Cork (Ireland).

The school has a study room with a library, listening stations, video facilities and multimedia computers. Internet access and e-mail facilities are also available. WIFI Internet Access available free of charge.

Afternoon class only Tuesday - Thursday. The afternoon classes intensify the learning experience and focus on practical communication skills. The Intensive course follows the same programme during the morning. The 6 afternoon hours focus on developing communication skills. Task based learning gives you regular and structured opportunities to speak while practising the skills and language you need to use in everyday life. We can accept all levels start every week however if there are less than three students in the class, the lessons will take place over two hours per week on a 2-1 basis or a 1-1 basis as required.
