General Information on San Jose
San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica, is Central America´s most cosmopolitan city and known as the core of Costa Rican life. A part from a vibrant night life, San Jose also hosts the Gold Museum, which offers a rare look at various gold artefacts of the ancient Latin American civilizations. If you are interested in exploring the land outside the city limits, you will find a stunning variety of landscapes, micro-climates, flora and fauna. The country is an ecotourism heaven, making it one of the best places to experience the tropics. Nature lovers will not be disappointed.
General Information on Costa Rican Language Academy CRLA
The language school Costa Rican Language Academy CRLA was founded in San Jose, Costa Rica in 1989. Located in an up-scale residential/commercial neighbourhood in San Pedro, on the east side of San José, CRLA is close to places of interest for the students - across from the University of Costa Rica campus, close to the well-known San Pedro Mall and to a variety of restaurants, cinemas, banks, Internet cafes, and many stores. It is also a 20 minute walk from downtown San José.
Facilities
The school has 36 classrooms, 2 computer rooms and free wireless Internet, ample social areas, a beautiful tropical garden and terrace and a cafeteria serving lunch and snacks.
