General Information on Habana
In Habana, the capital of Cuba, there are more than 2.5 millions inhabitants. Habana is a city pulsating with colour and life - even the name Habana evokes images of dusky maidens, cigar smoke, revolution and passion. The architecture of Old Habana is very charming with its narrow, cobbled streets, shady plazas, grilled windows and grand, if in many places, crumbling buildings. The Cubans are optimistic and their infectious smiles will make any visitor feel welcome.

The language school Cultourica was founded in Habana, Cuba in 1994. The classes are held in a small private school, situated high above the city of Havana with a fantastic view over the city centre near the 'Plaza de la Revolución'.
