General Information on E.L.F.E
The language school E.L.F.E was founded in Paris, France in 1984. The school occupies a 19th century mansion house, in the centre of Paris, 15 minutes from both the Opera and the Arc de Triomphe, close to Place de Clichy metro station. At the center of the Villa Ballu.
