General Information on Cuzco
Cuzco was the capital of the INCA empire from its beginning in the 14th century until the Spanish conquest in 1533. Being a big tourist attraction, the city is known for its Inca ruins and Spanish colonial architecture. Situated at an altitude of 3,416 m (11,207 ft) in a broad valley of the Andes, it is the busy hub of a thickly populated agricultural region where sheep are raised and cereals and tobacco are grown.
General Information on Excel Language Center
The language school Excel Language Center was founded in Cuzco, Peru in 1986. The school is located in the heart of Cuzco, only 3 blocks from the bustling centre of the City, The Plaza de Armas. The campus is surrounded by a beautiful courtyard and garden and classrooms are situated on two levels in a charming historic building. The school is surrounded by shopping, dining, transportation and communication centres all within easy walking distance.
Facilities
Besides the normal classrooms which are located in historic buildings, Excel has a study room, and students may also use the office for receiving mail, mail messages and important phone calls.
