Montreal, Canada's second largest city, is geographically as close to the European coast as to Vancouver, and in look and feel it combines some of the finest aspects of the two continents. General Information on GEOS
The language school GEOS was founded in Montreal, Canada in 1998. The school is located in the heart of downtown Montreal. Most of the city's residents are bilingual: they speak English and French, and are more than happy to help visitors in either language.
The school is in the city center, in a trendy 'Party & Restaurant Central' It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Montreal's famous Underground shopping centres, McGill University and Montreal's Museum of Fine Arts.
Facilities
The school provides students with free Internet access, and special workshops to improve and assist students in finding part-time jobs, volunteer placements, and apartments. The school also has audio-visual material that students may use in the school. There is a large kitchen and student lounge, and we also have a free language exchange program and weekly activities.
