| International Gateway Kelowna and Studio 9 team up to provide a high quality ESL and high school pathway program. IGK accepts high school preparation students (ages 11-18) on a monthly basis for 12-48 weeks of Practical ESL and Cambridge exam preparation. International students can enter Studio 9 in September for a school year or in January for 6 months. | This unique program combines Practical ESL at IGK with a high school experience at Studio 9. Studio 9 is a non-denominational private school (K-12) with approximately 200 year round students. Studio 9 features small class sizes (8 to 12 students) and only 5% international students. Students enrolling in this program will enjoy meeting, interacting and learning with international and Canadian students. Students take Practical ESL classes at IGK in an integrated international class in the morning, followed by high school courses in drama, art, physical education, music and dance at Studio 9 in the afternoon.
