General Information on Trieste
Trieste is the smallest province and the most northerly located harbour of Italy. It is idyllically placed on the slopes of a limestone plateau and you can still visualize the beauty the city must have had a century ago. You should not miss to visit the Cathedral of S. Giusto, the symbol of the town, as well as the old baroque castle.
