The language school Kästner Kolleg - Tandem was founded in Dresden, Germany in 1998. The school is located in the city centre 'Dresden Neustadt', north of the river Elbe, which is the 'Szeneviertel' with shopping, restaurants, cafés and the 'Alaunpark' + 'Heide' relaxing green oasis next door to the Elbe mellows.
