The City of One Hundred Towers and Spires" and "Golden Prague" are names that evoke the many aspects of this fascinating city, the capital of the Czech Republic. Situated in the valley of the Vltava (Moldau) River, Prague is dominated by the castle perched on the Western bluffs. Visitors are drawn to the fairy tale aspect of the city but this is only part of its vibrant mixture of styles. Gothic churches rub shoulders with Cubist, Functionalist and ultra-modern buildings, classical music intermingles with jazz and rock, while monumental statues sit next to abstract works of art and even a Cubist lamppost. The national theatre and the entire centre, which has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are particularly popular.

| You can also choose to take your total weekly lessons in 2, 3 or 4 day courses (Crash Course). The price will be the same as the 1 week price. Any booking which includes December 24, 25, 26, 31 or January 01 will be subject to a surcharge of 180. Standard/ Two Student Standard/ Business and Executive Programme: The prices include lessons, accommodation, one excursion per week (chosen by the teacher) and three meals per day. Any accompanying person sharing a room without taking lessons will benefit from the following reductions on accommodation: aged 0-4: 75%, aged 5-11: 50%, aged 12 and over: 20%. Students can substitute 1 hour of a specific activity for any hour of lesson time that they wish provivded that this is arranged at the time the stay is booked (extra fees will be paid by the student). Exam Preparation courses (Cambridge First/ Certificate/ Proficiency/ Advanced, PET, IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL): price of the Standard Programme + a supplement of 150 per week. Closer supervision for under 18s (this option guarantees that the teacher or an adult member of the familiy is around at all times): supplement of 280 per week. | |
