Teenager's Residential Course (14 to 17 years old)
This course is perfect for young people looking for an international English course. Each summer around 20 different nationalities come on the Teenage Residential Course (14-17) for a great time in the United Kingdom. You may want to prepare for an exam, practise your English with students from all over the world, try your skills at cooking, do team sports or relax in the swimming pool. You’ll have a fantastic time and want to come back for more next year.
Bedford School is a private boarding school within the town. It has been on its current site for over 120 years. In summer it becomes the centre for the teenage residential (14-17) course.
The school is a beautiful and safe building and is surrounded by 50 acres of its own excellent sporting facilities and a large picturesque park and gardens. Bedford School is in a secure town centre location. It is less than an hour by road from Cambridge and London and conveniently located to Luton Airport.

It is an intensive camp for teenagers aged 14-17 available during the academic year (January to June & August to December). The course combines 20 lessons (15 hours) of General English language teaching per week with 8 lessons (6 hours) of English and life skills plus 5 sessions of guided study or cultural activities per week.
Located at Studio Main School on Station Road in Cambridge, the camp has been running since 2008. Students usually join for between 1 week and 4 weeks, but longer study is possible. The course begins every Monday (except during summer and Christmas) and you should plan to arrive the Sunday before your course starts and depart the Sunday after your course finishes.

Younger Teenager's Residential Course (12 to 15 years old)
This is the ideal teenage residential (12-15) summer course and a wonderful place for a summer adventure of learning and discovering new activities and sports. The school has its own tennis courts, heated indoor swimming pool and facilities for creative arts. There’s a really varied programme with lots of highlights throughout each week.

The Children’s Residential will take good care of you! It’s a big step for children and parents to be away from home for the first time, and to be using English during the day.
