2 Learn Spanish & Yoga in Cuzco

At least three weeks before the start date the school will confirm whether the course can proceed in its original format. 12 yoga sessions spread over the 2 weeks. Students will spend 1 week in Cusco and 1 week in Sacred Valley.Nurture yourself with our Spanish and Yoga program. The Cusco area is undoubtedly one of the most spiritual and inspiring locations in Peru. Combine a relaxing yoga course with the study of the Spanish language while immersed in Peruvian culture. This course will balance your mind, body and spirit. Whether you are a beginner or have years of experience, this program will leave you with the necessary tools to enrich and deepen your practice. Yoga classes will be given either in the school's garden or indoor spaces, or outdoors overlooking the impressive valleys of Cusco or in a yoga studio. Your teacher will guide you through the postures which are designed to build strength, balance and alignment.
