Comments: Standard Group Course + 2 cultural outdoor activities in groups + 1 full day excursion + 3 culinary activities (alternating wine, oil and bio food tastings and visits to farms) per week. The student is led by professional cooks in the preparation of dishes, during tastings and visits of farms.
