4 Language Year Italian courses in Rome

This course includes: - Linguistic element: 480 language lessons and 80 exam preparation lessons. - Academic element: 80 lessons Italian Civilisation and History, Art History, Business Italian or History of Italian Fashion and Design. - Final research: 10 contact hours of tutoring. - For the course starting in September the duration of the stay is 34 weeks as it includes 2 weeks of Christmas holidays.The programme includes two components: 1 Linguistic component: - 480 lessons of the intensive Italian language course (4 lessons a day, 20 a week, from Monday to Friday), - 80 lessons to prepare for the AIL diploma. 2 Culture components: - History of Art (24 lessons), - Business Italian (12 lessons), - Italian Fashion (12 lessons), - History and Civilisation (32 lessons). At the end of the course, students must write an essay on a topic of their choice, with the help of our school library and of a personal tutor that will assist them for 10 lessons.

Italian language lessons, academic studies (students can choose two topics among: History of Italian Art, Italian Fashion, Architecture, Business Italian or Italian for Law) and exam preparation (CILS or CELI). Designed for students who plan to study at an Italian university. Available for beginners and elementary students aged 18-30.The course also caters also for students who want to spend a semester abroad before beginning university in their own country (Gap Year) and also those students who are simply interested in Italian language and culture and want to acquire a high competence.
