4 Learn Spanish & Cooking in San Sebastian

Course runs every first week of the month. Not every beginning of the month also has a beginner starting date coinciding with the gastronomic course. In case you are an absolute beginner and you'd like to do a gastronomic course during a week where there is no starting date, please let us know. The school has some other options available with partnering companies.The Spanish course of 20 lessons per week offers an efficient and fast way to learn Spanish. Its content is divided into two parts: grammar and linguistic skills then learning and using new vocabulary. We invite you to discover one of the most emblematic and secret place of Basque Country; the gastronomic societies. What is a gastronomic society? A gastronomic society is a place where Basque families and friends get together to cook and eat. It is a members club focused on gastronomy, the birthplace for many excellent cooks and the gathering point of producers of raw materials. It is common to find many of these societies in Basque towns and neighbourhoods. At Lacunza we are delighted to invite you into one of the most renowned and best placed societies in town. The students will receive the recipe of the cooked meal at the end of the class. Students must notify us of any food restrictions, allergies, vegetarians, etc. at least 1 week in advance. The schedule of the activity would be as below: 17:00 Guided tour of the facilities and explanation of the concept/history of the society 18:00 Cooking class (2/3 pintos, main dish and dessert ) 19:45 Dinner 21:00 End of the activity Groups are min 2 students and max 15 students
