This includes 20 hours of Spanish and 3 classes of Yoga per week.Spanish classes take place in the morning (exact times to be confirmed at the time of reservation)combining Spanish grammar with conversation, reading and writing.
Small classes allow students to develop their Spanish skills fast in an interactive, fun and supportive environment in relation to their level. Level assessments are carried out as part of the application process.
The students are given plenty of opportunity to acquire the langauge needed to get the most from their stay in the village. Our local native teachers bring the Andalusion culture and traditions into the classroom. The optional afternoon programme offers a selection of activities to suit all tastes and interests at an additional cost.
Included in the course are 3 sessions of yoga. This course is designed for both Yoga beginners and for those who wish to continue practicing Yoga as they learn and improve their Spanish.
Yoga is aimed to unite the mind, the body, and the spirit. Yogis believe that the mind and body are one and taken to the right environment, it can find harmony and heal itself. Yoga, therefore is considered therapeutic. It helps you become more aware of your body’s posture, alignment and patterns of movement. It makes the body more flexible and helps you relax. This is one of the foremost reasons why people want to start practicing Yoga – to feel fitter, be more energetic, be happier and more peaceful.
