Location: The Boston school is ideally located in the heart of downtown, overlooking Boston Common, the city's famous public park and gardens. The historic Freedom Trail and Beacon Hill are both an easy walk from the school. Nearby, the bustling financial district, Government Center and theatre district offers endless options for dining and entertainment.
Public transportation: Opposite FLS, is the Park Street Subway Station. Here, students can take the red line or a light rail line to navigate the city. There is another subway station, Downtown Crossing Station, a short walk from the school, which has two subway services running through it. The South Station Train Station is 9 minutes by foot from FLS. It is a travel hub and, along with an extensive train service, also has bus services and a metro station.
Local attractions: The attractions around the centre of Boston are situated in the downtown neighbourhood or along the waterfront. These areas are walkable from the school or a short trip using public transportation. There are some attractions in the south of the city close to the North Eastern University. This area is home to the Museum of Fine Arts and Fenway Park Stadium. It is 20 minutes by subway from the school.

An American high school diploma can provide so many opportunities! But many international students don’t have the time or resources to attend a U.S. high school and are looking for alternatives.
There are also students who want to add a diploma from the U.S. to their current redentials. Now, at FLS, students can earn high school credit, complete their high school studies and earn their diploma. FLS and Penn Foster High School have joined forces to offer this program specially designed to put students on the track to high school success.
Penn Foster is a fully accredited school founded in 1890. Their diploma is accredited and accepted by colleges and universities across the United States. For two hours each day, students in the High School Completion program work with our supportive teaching staff and follow a customized curriculum to meet the exact requirements needed to complete their diploma.
In-person

The Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) is the most common exam to test the standard of students entering American Colleges or Universities. This intensive course of 36 lessons (30 hours) per week will ensure that you are suitably prepared for the exam. 18 lessons will be on core English, 12 lessons are centred on preparation for the test and 6 will be on an academic workshop. Students work with an experienced instructor to improve their SAT skills of Critical Reading, Writing and Mathematics. Practice exams allow instructors to analyse students’ abilities and familiarize students with the test format and strategies.

Students attending our language center in Boston have
the option to live in the International Guest House, located
within a short walk or subway ride from our school. The
International Guest House (IGH), in Boston’s historic and
charming Back Bay, is nestled between quaint shops and
cafes. It provides easy access to iconic Boston landmarks
such as Fenway Park, the Charles River Esplanade, and
the Boston Public Library.
Rooms are shared with 1-3 other students. The IGH
provides breakfast and dinner daily, has free WiFi
throughout the building, and has laundry facilities on site.
