This is an intensive 20-hour IELTS preparation course. The aim of the class is to provide daily intensive training in each of the exam’s four sections: Reading; Listening; Speaking; and Writing. The focus is on test-taking strategies for specific question types as well as more general ESL skills such as pronunciation, spelling, and grammar. However, because the IELTS exam incorporates more general listening and speaking tasks, the course will include more practical, less academic material. You will utilize a complete IELTS textbook and other supplementary materials to prepare for full-length practice exams that will be administered every Friday. The course is designed to be completed in one 4-week session, however, it may be taken multiple times until the desired test score is reached.
