Salzburg ratings & opinions
How our students rated their experience in Salzburg
What our students said about Salzburg
Overall, a very nice city. However, I was chased by a man in the city centre once. It happened in the middle of the day and there were a lot of people around, but still it scared me.
Netherlands
Salzburg is the best city in the world. I would like to stay there longer.

What school directors said about Salzburg
Salzburg is located in the heart of Europe, with masses of history and sights, as well as beautiful nature nearby (lakes, mountains, ski resorts). The city welcomes many international guests all year round, but also keeps its small city charm and atmosphere.

It was conveniently located. The staff are super helpful and nice. It was just right for me.
My beginning course was taught completely in German. This made me realize/and reminded me as a second language teacher, how important this is!
If I were able to stay for longer next time, that would be best. The language would indeed click more with more time. However, I could tell that I learned some German.
I graded down a little on the activities in that I believe there was just one a week? Maybe it is not possible for more. I do not know. The one I attended with Micaela was great.

Course: Standard German - 1 week

Friendly and helpful staff. Very small group in the first week.
The lessons were a bit monotonous, a lot of questions and answer sessions. I would have preferred to be able to talk more freely, for example doing a debate.

Course: Standard German - 2 weeks

What I liked the most is that I could practice my oral skills. We did practice a lot of conversation.
The real time of classes was about 25 hours in the whole course (2 weeks) and it wasn't 40 hours, as it was supposed to be. The price of the hotels that Inlingua offered was more expensive than the price that Inlingua indicates in its web (although I said I was an Inlingua student).
