What our students said about Alghero (Sardinia)
Alghero is great, but in the non-tourist season many shops and restaurants are closed, public transport is rudimentary, opening hours of monuments are short and not in sync with buses.
Wonderful starting point for many activities by the sea or in nature. Certainly not a place for excessive nightlife.
Very nice town with rich history. I recommend it.
Beautiful village with plenty of entertainment.
Beautiful place. I am planning to go back.
