This is the academy’s most in-demand course, since it aims to provide a general approach to the Italian language for the students, and consists of 20 lessons per week.

If you want to start this course, you will have the opportunity to do so every two weeks. Class sizes are limited to 12 students per group, which will allow you to participate more easily and speak more Italian, and also allow you to chat with and get to know your fellow students.


Recommended for students who want to learn or improve their Italian. The intensive programme leaves time for students to discover the city and enjoy themselves.

This course includes 20 group lessons and 10 Individual lessons per week.

The plus 10 courses allow the student to learn in two different ways: on one hand, there's studying in a group, where you can benefit from the communicative dynamics, learning together with others, in a group of a maximum of 14 students. On the other hand, you can also follow a personalized and intensive study programme taking advantage of the expertise and attention offered by a private lesson.
For those who have a high level of knowledge of the Italian language, private lessons are ideal to learn in-depth about the culture of Italy, its history, and the lifestyles of the Italian people.

This course consists of 20 standard language lessons per week along with afternoon visits and excursions. There is one full day excursion on the weekends.

The 'La Dolce Vita' course is organized in 2 parts, the first dedicated to studying the language with 4 lessons a day of Intensive Italian course, which take place in the mornings, and the second is dedicated to culture and recreation with a rich programme of afternoon and evening activities.

Individual Italian language lessons are tailored to the individual student’s needs and interests: in private Italian language courses, the teacher's attention is focused only on the student and his/her learning requirements.
The individual Italian language course allows the student to freely decide on the number and time of the lessons, with a wide range of availability.
For the best results, however, the school do suggest a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 lessons per day.

The price is for 2 students with the same language level.
Lunch with the teacher: additional EUR 120 per day.
The course is completely personalized and focuses on the student's interests. There is also the possibility of having lunch with the teacher. It is recommended for those who need Italian for professional purposes.
Thanks to the continuous practice of the language, the maximum concentration on work, and, above all, there is constant oral exercise. It is also possible to have lunch with the teacher.

This course consists of 280 lessons of the Standard Course, 80 lessons of exam preparation and 20 contact hours of tutoring. It is for the duration of 18 weeks.

The Gap Semester Course includes all that a foreign student is looking for: to live several months in Italy, to dive into Italian culture, to take part in language and cultural courses, and to conclude his Italian experience with an Italian language certificate.

Standard Course plus 10 private lessons per week focused on selected professional fields: Banking, Law, Hotel Industry, Wine & Food, Tourism, Healthcare, Fashion, Architecture, Literature, etc.

Professional courses deal with extensive and well-structured subjects that cannot be covered within the space of a few lessons.
When a student needs to deal with specific topics linked to their profession, the school recommend informing the school before arrival, so that the course programme can be better prepared.

Standard Course plus 10 afternoon lessons of test taking strategies and examination drills per week.

Should there be only 1 participant in a preparatory course level, they will be placed in the Intensive Plus 5 course.

80 lessons of Standard language course and 40 lessons of examination preparation; a total of 120 lessons in 4 weeks. The price of the course also includes the exam fee.
Minimum 3 participants; should there be only one participant for a course/level, she/he will be given 20 lessons of Intensive language course plus 3 lessons of private tuition per week. If there are only two participants for a course/level, they will receive 20 lessons of the Intensive language course plus 5 lessons of Two-to-One tuition together per week.

Introduction to the professional Italian cooking during 5 meetings of 3 hours each.
One meeting consists of 3 hours of introduction Italian cooking.
The course is held at the teacher's home.
This makes a real experience of everyday Italian cuisine.
The course is based on meetings of approx. 3 hours/meeting and shaped for all potential participants, also for the novice who is interested in learning about cooking.

During each lesson, the students prepare and cook a different complete menu which consists of typical dishes of Italian cuisine in the tradition of genuine simplicity. At the beginning of each lesson, the teacher explains the menu of the day and distributes the work. During the preparation and the cooking of the food, the teacher demonstrates, explains, and gives valuable hints and tips.

Standard Course in the morning plus excursions in the afternoon.

If there is only 1 participant, they will be placed in the Intensive Plus 5 course.

All organised school activities are free of charge for the students taking this course.

This course is specifically designed to combine the Italian language course with the walking holiday. It is a fantastic way to learn Italian and discover the Tuscany coast from another perspective, by enjoying the stunning Versilian landscape.
Morning Program:
The morning course in Standard Italian Language is designed to improve language and conversational skills and heighten the awareness and appreciation of Italian culture.
Afternoon Program:

• Orientation tour of the city and introduction to the Liberty
  Architecture period with visits to the “Promenade Regina Margherita”
  and the “Gran Café”;
  
• Botanical trail In the path of the Lucchese nature park across the
  Levante pine forest from east to west, up to the dunes.;
  
• Trail to Villa Massacciuccoli, a Roman house with thermae; It is a
  fantastic area with a beautiful view of the ruins and the lake;
  
• The current city walls of Lucca are the second largest example in
  Europe of walls.;
  
• The path of Pietrasanta between small ancient churches and historic
  villages, breathtaking scenery, and views that overlook the sea.
