Who does not require a visa?
Nationals of the following countries do not require a visa when entering as a tourist Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Netherlands Antilles, Argentina, Australia, Barbados, Bulgaria, Brazil, Belize, Canada, Switzerland, Chile, Costa Rica, Greece, Guatemala, Croatia, Jamaica, Japan, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Mexico, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Panama, Paraguay, Romania, San Marino, Trinidad and Tobago, Taiwan, United States, Uruguay, British Virgin Islands, South Africa
NOTE: These countries do, however, require a Tourist Entry Card (TEC), which is issued free of charge by an authorised air carrier on presentation of valid air tickets (including return or onward ticket) for stays of maximum 90 days. Nationals of Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia and Malta do need a visa.
