Location:International House Cairo is a language centre located in the bustling and culturally rich Egyptian city of Cairo. Housed in the Al Doqi neighbourhood, the school is close to several amenities, eateries, shops, links to public transport and attractions such as the River Nile, the Museum of Modern Egyptian Art, The Cairo Opera House, The Hanager Arts Center, the Cairo Tower and more.
Course selection: Course selection includes something suitable for students of all levels. In addition to Egyptian Colloquial Arabic (ECA), students can also take Modern Standard Arabic (MSA), Private Arabic Courses and combination programmes of Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and Egyptian Colloquial Arabic (ECA).
Getting around: The school is within walking distance of many sites and places of cultural and social interest. The nearest bus stop to the school is Ali Abdel Halim St. & Tahrir St., which is a 500m walk from the school's front doors.
Social and cultural: There are many social and cultural activities and places of interest in Cairo and International House Cairo is happy to help guide students in making their trip as unique and funfilled as possible. A compulsory online language level test costs an additional USD 30. Complete beginners can join without needing to take the placement test.
Please note that there is a Eid Al-Fitr break: The school will be closed from March 19th to March 23rd. These sessions will be compensated on March 29th, 30th and 31st.- Individual classes
- Single individual lessons of tuition can be reserved at 35 US$. The combination of group and individual lessons is highly recommended. Individual lessons will encourage you to actively speak the foreign language and will offer you the opportunity to discuss individual problems and weaknesses.
