Positive aspects of school
The different way of teaching. The teachers Chris and Dave let you talk and afterwards pointed out your mistakes. A slightly different teaching with a more positive result.
Negative aspects
If you do lessons with books, it would be nice if you could buy them or get them as PDFs in advance. This would make it easier to repeat the lessons at home in the afternoon.

Do not separate groups that have several weeks in common!

Negative aspects
They should explain during the first day the activities that can be done during the week. For a first-timer it is not easy to understand. E.g. On Wednesday morning there was an excursion to Valletta but nothing was known.

My teacher is very professional, and his teaching style is very structured, with assignments for the first and second weeks in order, in an effort to improve my English.
Negative aspects
I can travel alone, so I had no trouble.

There are many disadvantages for us who have grown up in Japanese culture. You should be more conscious of being assertive. Please study and prepare well before leaving Japan.

Although the facilities were not that great, the price was reasonable. For me, the school was enough to improve my English. I only stayed for two weeks and would have liked to study more if possible.

I am very thankful for the special time I was given as all of the time is my own. I am even grateful that I was able to study at night.

On the first day, I was so nervous that I couldn't speak frankly, but the comfortable atmosphere of the class helped me and my classmates asked me questions and gave me a chance to talk to them. That made me very happy.

We wanted to have a shared room- was not possible. The landlady's English was nothing, no common meals. Very small portions.

Personally I think the island is too crowded, too many cars and residents. It was impossible for me to rent a car or bicycle because it was too busy on the road.

The location of the school is good to discover Malta.
The teacher was experienced.
Negative aspects
The level of the teaching lessons did not correspond to the level I had before. I cannot say that I've increased my language level considerably.
I was a bit confused that I should have paid 6.7 Euros more as I was told that the payment with PayPal had an extra charge. However, when I committed a payment it was written that the PayPal payment was free of any charges.
The management and organisation in the school can be improved e.g. the managers interrupted the lessons many times to solve some organisation issues such as app, evaluation forms etc. As I received the student card, I was told during the first lesson about some discounts. However, I did not have the list of the places where the discount can be applied so that I did not use that card at all. It would be nice if I were informed before the lessons started.
Unfortunately, I did not participate in any events or excursions offered by the school as I found it too expensive.
