I liked the kindness and courtesy of the staff and teachers. I was particularly impressed by the two extra private lessons that they offered me (due problems during the 2 weeks of my course) by the excellent teacher Denise Harford. Good quality of the 2 private lessons.

More accurate information BEFORE THE BOOKING about the course organization and didactic, specially for course of only two weeks. The first week of my course was also the final week of academic syllabus. Students completed their final exam the previous week so teachers do a lot of external exam prep and games on that week. I didn't need to spend 4 hours learning how to pass the IELTS exam! The school also had an issue with the photocopier which made it difficult for teachers to do their planned lesson (Result: more than 4 hours watching Netflix series...)

Even though the Director of Studies understood that some of the classes may not have been ideal for me and kindly offered me two private lessons, I must say this was not enough for my expectations - and the cost- of a Super-Intensive General English Course.

Great teachers, very pleasant atmosphere

Don't mix students who are only there for a week and students who stay for months. A student who is only there for a week wants to learn with more "pressure" and take in as much as possible.

I was very satisfied with the teachers and the organisation. My host family was a dream.
