Location: Estudio Sampere Cuenca is located in the Ecuadorian cultural capital of Cuenca. The school is housed in between the old and new parts of the city, in a 20th-century red brick building overlooking the Tomebamba river. Estudio Sampere Cuenca is surrounded by beautiful buildings and has many attractions such as the Puente Roto, the ruins of Pumapungo and several museums close by. There are also many shops, gardens, restaurants and supermarkets in the area, ensuring that students have all they may need to feel comfortable during their time in the city. The Mariscal Lamar International Airport is 3km from the school, permitting all international arrivals and departures to be made with ease.
Course selection: Course selection is varied, with something available for students of all levels. Lessons can be taught in groups or privately, with combination programmes readily available. The school offers Spanish & Volunteering programmes, 4-week Medical programmes for medical professionals who would like to shadow a local doctor, and all-inclusive Travel & Study programmes which allow students to study Spanish whilst travelling through the local mountain ranges and coastlines.

The “Salud” program is a package program designed for students with a medical background. The program includes 4 weeks of the Spanish Intensive course, 3 weeks of one-to-one lessons, 3 weeks of shadowing at a local hospital, Ecuadorian medical system lessons, visits to private and public health facilities, 4 weeks of accommodation with a host family (single room, full board basis), all course materials, cultural activities, and visits to cultural centers and museums.
A 4-week Intensive Course (20), 3 weeks of 5 one-to-one lessons focused on medical Spanish and 3 weeks of doctor shadowing in a local clinic.
