Antibes ratings & opinions
How our students rated their experience in Antibes
What our students said about Antibes
Very beautiful, manageable, cosy, great old town, good public transport, good connections also to Grasse, Cannes, Nice and Monaco. Unfortunately Antibes is very expensive in summer, it is extremely hot and the narrow beaches are completely full.
Germany
It's an attractive town with an interesting history, a picturesque old part of town, a town beach and other beaches nearby, plenty of shops and it is convenient for public transport to other places in the area.
Italy
I like Antibes a lot. Small, well laid out, everything within walking distance. Good shopping facilities. Many small stands (I like that). Many restaurants.
Switzerland
Wonderful! I was very pleasantly surprised by Antibes and immediately fell in love with the city and its surroundings. There is a lot to see and discover.
Germany
Great city ~ we went to Juan Les Pins via bus ~ visited the Picasso museum, shopped the city and enjoyed all the restaurants.
Very pleasant, manageable town with good restaurants and extremely friendly people. A lightness that can be enjoyed.
Austria
Beautiful city on the Côte d'Azur - directly on the sea, very beautiful & great climate/weather

The location was good, whether in the city or in the Château, because it was easy to get there by bus. I could even get there in 10 minutes. I was in the city in 30 minutes on foot. The lessons are good. The teachers explain well and French is ALWAYS spoken. New words are always explained, not translated.
Recommendable language school

The school's professors were exceptional, particularly the ones who taught the standard courses.
I appreciate the friendliness and patience of the administrative staff. The quality of students was also superb and I made many lifelong friends along the way.

There is a lot of green in the schoolyard and the view from the terrace is good.
A word about the environment of the classroom, chairs with tables are difficult to use and seats are cramped.

I attended both the château campus and the port and I loved the location of both. The château school is a beautiful building with an amazing view of the mountains, while the port is right on top of an Irish pub, in the main part of town, and right next to Port Vauban and the beach (although it is a bit further from the Castel Arabel residence, but I enjoyed the walk). I also loved my teacher Céline and the small class environment, I felt I learned so much as well as getting to know everybody. The town of Antibes is so lovely, and Juan-les-pins too. Living at the student residence was an awesome experience and I met so many cool people.
I am a disorganised person myself so it did not bother me too much but the company did seem a little disorganised. On my second week on Wednesday, I was moved into a different class that was far too hard for me with no warning or explanation, but thankfully by the end of the week they realised this and placed me in a more suitable class with my first teacher again.
