The upper class is disparate in nationality and there are no Japanese people, so I am very happy to have had lots of international exchanges.

Insider tips about what future students should not miss
Even if you wear a jacket, you may feel cold in a classroom.
A school library was always locked.
Due to the weather, a number of the participants, or other reasons, the school sometimes cancels the activities.

Positive aspects of school
Great teaching. The teaching was intense and good. I had some very good teachers. CAE-exam course is good when you really want a challenge in English language study.
Insider tips about what future students should not miss
The teaching was good most of the time, but it does also depend on which teacher you get. One time I had a teacher as a substitute. She was very bad at teaching. She did not motivate the students and was boring and monotonous.
Other comments
I found parts of their school policies very unreasonable and disappointing. Especially their lack of support for a certain student's personal requirements. In the beginning I was in a very conservative and old fashioned family with a lot of rules. Some of the rules I of course understood, but most of them were ridiculous. Overall a very overprotective family where I didn't feel welcome or at home at all... Luckily I changed to a sharehouse afterwards which was a much better living experience for me. If you want to live independently, choose the sharehouse!

The location of the school, near a shopping centre, a key to save time and effort. Multiple accommodation options in Cairns.
Other comments
Maybe reduce the ration teacher-student. 10 students max, instead of 14.
