The Intensive Russian group course of 30 lessons per week offers a more in-depth study of the Russian language due to ten additional lessons per week compared to the Standard course. You will have more study time to improve your communication skills through role-plays and simulation exercises. EducaCentre offers a unique St.Petersburg experience and a deep dive into the culture of everyday life in Russia for children aged 7-16 with 20 lessons in Russian and full board homestay accommodation and exciting activities & excursions in St.Petersburg.
They provide homestay accommodation in private rooms with full board accommodation. The host families provide a friendly, warm and comfortable home with all facilities for kids during their language stay in St.Petersburg and offer full exposure to the Russian language, culture and daily life routine.
Russian is made of 20 private lessons of Russian per week (4 lessons of 45 minutes per day) and the lessons can be taken either at the host family (the teacher would come there for the lesson) or at the school. In this case, the student would be picked up by the teacher at the host family and then taken to the school for the lessons activities and excursions after that. At the end of the day, the teacher would deliver the student back to the host family.
Weekly activities and excursions may include: The Hermitage, a City tour (walking) and St.Isaac’s Cathedral, a Boat cruise, Peter and Paul Fortress, Petergof, Pushkin and Catherine Palace, Russian Museum, Divo Ostrov Amusement Park, Piterland Waterpark, Ballet / Theatre etc.
