How we create the points regarding what we like/dislike about a school
Location: Hutong School is in the north east of Beijing, close to Chaoyang Park. The Beijing Workers Sports Complex is a 15-minute walk from the school building. It is close to a busy area with shopping malls, restaurants and shops.
Getting around: The school is a short walk from a busy street with lots of bus stops to navigate Beijing. The centre of the city is a 15-minute car ride from Hutong School. Tuanjiehu Metro Stop is about 500m from the school and is a station on Line 10.
Things to do: A lot of the major attractions in Beijing are found in its inner ring. Here, students can visit the Temple of Heaven, the National Museum of China and the Forbidden City. These are all reachable from the centre of the city, which is about 6.9km from the Hutong School.
Course structure: There is an intensive Chinese programme that is available in specific week durations. It is possible to book this as an accommodation package. The school also offers specific programmes for an internship, to become a volunteer and a Gap Year programme. These are combined with a general Chinese course.
Junior Course: There is a summer package for 2 weeks that includes accommodation activities for younger learners.
