Dublin is English-speaking for all intents and purposes, but you can also find a considerable number of people to speak Gaelic with due to Ireland keeping their native language alive in the education system. You can expect to have your meals provided by your host family, who will also try their best to help you find your feet and settle into life in Dublin in any way they can. HLI has positioned Local Organiser staff in Dublin for the purposes of resolving any potential small problems that might arise during your studies.
