Positive aspects of school
Friendly and personable. Although I did not qualify for the class being offered during my stay in Santiago, they offered the alternative of having one on one instruction within my budget. I was completely satisfied.
Negative aspects
The student chair/desks in the smaller classrooms served their purpose, but they weren’t exactly what I would call my first choice. The desk surface was sloped and materials; notebook, pens, and paper would slide off.

Beautiful city with a friendly atmosphere. Nice people, good food and overall affordable. Just be aware that it could take a while before getting used to their rhythm of living! The vegetation is really verdant. Expect some rainy days!
Quality of teaching / language progress
I've found a big gap in the students level in my classroom. The teachers I had + the staff were very friendly and efficient but I would have liked the people in charge of the school to be more concerned when a problem arises!
Accommodation
I was offered an attic room which was dark and with limited space due to the slope of ceiling. Eventually, I realised that I was paying double the price of the others students which wasn't good. My organisation was very helpful in trying to help though the school only offered to cancel my accommodation for which I would have to pay for the first week then I was free to find a place of my choice. When you come to a foreign country to learn a language, you have plan everything in advance. The accommodation owner was a bit harsh and rather unconcerned when he made that sort of offer. I also want to mention that no one in the school including the school director approached me about my problem or even took the opportunity to visit the accommodation with the person renting this shared flat. As a conclusion, go to the school for learning the language only if you want to learn in Santiago since it is the only accredited school. However, DO NOT book your accommodation with them.

Good experience.
City/place
Interesting city
Quality of teaching / language progress
I am sad that we had only 16 hours for the week instead of 20, because of a small number of students in the class. However, I found the course I have attended very efficient.
Accommodation
The room is narrow and dark. It is ok for sleeping and breakfast but don't hope for more.
