If you really wanna improve your English, I think going to England is way better.
There are lots of cheap and nice schools in England.
Personally I regret my decision to choose this school and Malta, so I cancelled my last 2 weeks courses after my first week.

Insider tips about what future students should not miss
The weather in St. Paul's in very hot, keep that in mind. I think it would be better going in spring or autumn. there are also fewer students, furthermore the classes would be better. It was a very good experience to improve my skills. La Valetta is an a amazing city.
Other comments
I think that demanding a deposit of 100 euros in cash is excessive, since the banks charge us commissions for withdrawing money. I think they should allow paying the deposit by credit card. I think they should review the things that can go wrong in the apartment, before the student arrives.
City/place
In my opinion, the superior residence was nice, but is far away to the school. There were no shops or supermarket nearby and public transport in Malta is horrible.

The teacher assigned to me for the daily lessons has really responded to my expectations.
The afternoon lesson has less responded to my needs but, over time, it was possible to meet my needs and therefore also in this case the school's response was positive.
Other comments
They need to improve (but I know that logistics aren't easy) the organization of the accommodation. Living with people of different ages (in my case I was 38 and the others 20) makes sharing the apartment, especially the management of communal areas, quite unpleasant (inability to keep it clean, in particular, but also noises and privacy)

The school has no library, no computers or place to use your laptop. There is only 30 minutes lunch so no time to go out but there is no place to eat inside the school.
Other comments
You have to check stuff related to the studies with your own mobile phone but the WIFI network falls continuously ... Too many students in class, all talking at once making it complicated to understand each other. There isn't actually much chance to talk in the conversation classes.

The school was very nice. It has 2 buildings. The first building is very modern and the classes are very nice and light. There is an interactive table in each class - it was great. There is air conditioning in classes.
Second building is a typical school - older type.
I had enjoyed the e-learning process.

There should be more joint activities organized to get to know each other better. In the summer there were not a lot of elderly students (50 plus) there. It would be good if some activities were customized for this generation.

I spent two wonderful weeks on Malta in BELS school. The ideal location of the school allowed me to enjoy studying as well as swimming and being on Malta. Most of the students were older than 25 years old, so they had some life experience, which made conversations during lessons much more interesting. The teaching process was organized very well. Especially I would like to thank my teachers Dayton and Lorraine for their interesting and useful lessons.
