Additional information
Positive aspects of school
Nothing. I arrived and Margo the school’s manager lied to me and tried to give me half of the lessons I paid for, just because I was the only beginner. I dont care if that would be one-on-one, I paid for 20 hours and I expect to get 20 hours! Horrible!

Response from school
Hola Or, we really regret your negative review which is based on only 1 day of lessons. As there was no group at your level, you received 2 one to one lessons instead of the 4 group lessons. We had explained this to you on the Monday that you arrived as it is part of our policy and this is also clearly stated on the school´s homepage. The misinterpration of the facts is a mistake on your behalf and we regret your decision to leave our program after only 1 day of lessons. This review is an inaccurate reflection of reality as is shown by our other reviews and we hope that you learn from this that you cannot turn up to places without reading their policy first and try to demand what you want just because you feel a certain way.
