Everything! They make you feel like you are part of their family with the personal touch that they have. The teaching was excellent, Sherill is wonderful and patient and the manager, Wendy, if also fantastic. They take great care of you. You will never feel like you are alone while there.

I am a language professor, and am very picky about where I study languages, having studied two other languages prior to studying Chinese. I searched the internet for several months to find the right school. I first saw the East-West Connection, and it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for; however, I thought I should check other schools as well. I spent 1-1/2 months looking at other schools across China and in Beijing, and after that time, I decided the East-West Connection was what I was looking for. If you want a small class with no more than 6 students and are serious about studying Chinese, then choose East-West Connection. You won't be sorry!!! They are simply the best!

Special thanks to Wendy and Sherril who made sure I got to a basic speaking and understanding of the language and had a great time in Beijing after classes!
