We had a lot of fun with the teacher and they teach really well! We learned a lot of vocabulary from England. So you also get to pick up a little bit of an accent from Brighton ;D

You don't really need to bring anything for school but something for writing is very helpful so you can make note of the new vocabulary and grammar. I bought two new college notebooks and they were full after a month.

I thought everything was very well organized, I got a very good reception, the school was very easy to find, the rest room had always coffee (for free), milk, teas, water ... sofas, city information was announced on corkboards, there was a really good atmosphere. Classrooms had a good size, pleasant classes with exercises of all kinds. My teacher was great (Adrian), I had fun and learned at the same time.

Other comments
For some participants no efforts to search for new families were taken (although those were dirty, unkempt and not nice to the students). Unfortunately, the secretaries were in many cases not that helpful. There are two school buildings, both would need a painting. Nevertheless, it was a great experience, great city and very nice classmates-the most important thing such a trip depends on.

Positive aspects of school
Well, I wondered how they would manage to prepare me for the CAE exam. On Wednesday we made a kind of mock-up test. When I realised what my weaknesses were, I got all the help I needed to improve. So in a short time, they were able to prepare students for the exam, although the majority would not take this exam just now.
Insider tips about what future students should not miss
It is not easy to find the school. Because the entrance is NOT on Church Road and the school is on the first floor. Perhaps for the first day it would be helpful to tell people this.
Other comments
The teacher was ill for two days, but the school dealt with that in a correct way.

Young, informal and happy environment. The efficiency, the availability, the kindness. Nice and bright girls.
Insider tips about what future students should not miss
It's a simple school, small but efficient. The girls that work there are really committed and serious, always smiling and willing to help ypu. Perhaps the school could be more selective in choosing the host families: some of them live in very small houses or far from the city centre, which is unconvenient if you want to go out at night. Fortunately I was lucky starting from my 2nd week, but, as in everything else in life, you need to be able to adapt, otherwise it's better if you stay at home with your comforts :) . It's an experience that I recommend to everyone, it opens your mind.
Other comments
I recommend it: I'd definitely come back and I'm not excluding the possibility of doing it, next summer. Prices are affordable compared to other schools, the environment is small and you feel like in a big family. Brighton is nice, and the view from the sea is priceless. It's small but nice, and there's a good life quality.
