It would be more impressive if you could write even a simple hand letter to each student to be given at the completion ceremony.

Lack of professionalism regarding learning. The homestay accommodation organisation is doing a poor job. I spent 5 days in the living room sleeping on an air mattress, waiting for an US student to leave. My host didn't have enough keys to give me one in the beginning, I always had to wait for the other residents to arrive to able to enter the house after class (wait 30 minutes in front of the house in crazy hot temperatures). I wish I could get a financial compensation (I mean my parents).
