Excellent location, very nice teachers, classes conducted exclusively in German.
Negative aspects
Class size was quite large, and the language level of the students was not always consistent (more and less advanced students were together), making it more challenging to progress.
Accommodation
The residence double-booked the type of room I reserved, and the room I booked was no longer available after 5 days. The residence tried to move me to a shared room and then a shared apartment (although I reserved a private superior studio). At the end, I had to find another accommodation. A week after returning to my country, I have still not received the refund for the days I did not stay at the residence.

I've been in 4 different schools in Germany. And this time in Wien has been my worst one. I've had 3 different teachers and all of them don't know how to teach. The classes are boring and we haven't learnt anything besides grammar and reading texts. Extremely boring and no understanding on how to make a class complete and interesting. By the way, what kind of skills can a 18 years old teacher have? Very unprofessional.

I think is a city where there is always something to do. Many museums and galleries. And the people are nicer than Germans :). However, I feel the city doesn't have a personality, like it has an artificial aspect of beauty where every neighbourhood feels the same, even the people who live there seems to be the same, no matter the district you are.

The accommodation was perfect. And the woman very loving and caring for students like me. She cooks very well too. The problem is that the location is 40 minutes away from the school. Therefore, I would not recommend having classes in the afternoon to students who go there because, unlike me, they will be able to talk or meeting other students and not go directly to the accommodation to have dinner.

When the school proposes to convert the requested course into another course without specifying that the latter is three more expensive or when one is informed 1 week before departure that the school only offers online courses for the requested period. .. one can one can help but be a little bitter. COVID does not explain everything

Very good! All teachers are very kind and patient, and all participants are so friendly too. I've learned a lot, and finally I can speak some German. And my German is much better than before.

No need to book the meals - breakfast is poor, lunch is the opposite - everything is too much and fat. Also, it is not worth coming with a level below B1.2, it might be difficult to study (if the course is for 2-3 weeks) due to incorrect group placement.

The course went well, but the group placement according to the level slightly does not correspond to reality.
Accommodation
The room is small, but it is just enough. There was a problem with the door - it was hard to open it. The main disadvantage is audibility (it is difficult to fall asleep due to the noise of neighbors or you wake up from the noise).

I had two different teachers for a grammar part and a conversation part. However, as they should have had a meeting in advance, both of them gave us the informative classes. They were friendly and motivated the students very well. So, I could ask the questions without any hesitation. The school staff were helpful and made a ticket reservation of a concert for me.

Classes are very good. The school office arranged a concert ticket of Vienna Boys' Choir. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask for some help. They are willing to support you.

If serious about practising conversation skills, ONLY stay with a host family. Otherwise, much of your practice will be with other students, which was not my intention.
Other comments
Classroom time was hardly productive, reminding me of 1979 teaching methods. Next time will pay for private tutoring and skip much of classroom. Other students appeared equally lost/bored.

Other comments
The ads boast 'free internet access' which in fact costs you about 90 minutes of queing time just to check emails! The staff spoke very good English but did not afford time to really talk due to the high student;staff ratio.
